4. Product Information; No Warranty of Performance
Content on the Site describing FIREBREAK and M-DAS is provided for general informational purposes. Some applications are field-demonstrated while others remain under evaluation, and performance depends on conditions, fuel, terrain, deployment, and other factors outside our control. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of any specific result, and Site content does not constitute a warranty, a professional engineering opinion, or firefighting, safety, or legal advice. FIREBREAK is a supplemental capability intended to work alongside — not replace — established fire-suppression systems and trained personnel.
